Absolutely disgusting customer service! Why does Royal Mail hire such people! The Asian woman at this branch was so rude and refused to help even tho Royal Mail customer service instructed me to pick it up from this branch. A formal complaint shall be filed and I hope Royal Mail hires some better mannered and helpful staff.

Trying to find out where my parcel was delivered as it was not delivered to my house I have CCTV so I know it has not been delivered trying to get through with the tracking number is a complete and utter joke no one answers the phone no way of finding out where it is no wonder the Royal Mail is in such a state

The man I spoke to was really helpful, he checked the address on a package due to be delivered by contacting the postman making the delivery and contacted me back.

The lady in the customer service area is very rude, I have just asked for a receipt for the parcel I have dropped.
