Farnham Road Post Office & Convenience Store

Previous owner provided an efficient and good customer service, acknowledged and respected all his customers. The current owners and staff have no customer service skills whatsoever . The post office is more like a shop for vapers and mobile phones than providing a postal service.

Very rude staff, they make up different prices of items every time I go in there, add fees for paying by card. And for some reason assume Im stealing as Im literally approaching the till to pay. Best avoided

If I could give lower I would, I just hope that my review causes some to question their visit and make this shop lose some business. Absolute theiving bunch of ignorant bags of pile. The post office is run by sarcastic women that rather smirk, speak in their native tongue than help. Now we go to the shop owner, who is a get rich quick wheeler dealer that thinks its acceptable to charge 40 for 40 sheets of paper, black and white. Wasn't clear about pricing, kept it hidden until printed and has rude staff members that need to clean their nails and stop vaping to actually serve customers. Sarcastic, rude and are lucky there is a desk in between. Avoid this place, I hope they get what's coming and karma hits them in the face.

Rude Customer service, no update on post office timing seperately when ask just rolled eyes and says nothing to do with us post office counter, very very rude
