        Simonas Pilates classes are amazing she is professional and her instructions are completely clear yet she still manages to make a good workout fun ,she encompasses all ranges from the complete beginner to the advanced and the results are something to carry you though life thank you Simona

        I've not practiced Pilates with Simona at Stoke Poges so can't comment on the venue, but I used to take regular classes with her at my Nuffield gym and have to say that her knowledge & teaching skills are absolutely first class. I wish she would come back to my gym :)

        Simona has taught me Pilates at my old gym, Windsor,and Stoke poges for many years now . For someone who has run and exercised all their life I am amazed how beneficial Simonas classes are . You can work at your own level and feel amazing results . Of course we have loads of fun also
