        Start Pilates with Sheila is brilliant, try her out , you will be so glad you did! Love her little wooden cabin studio that makes you feel you may have gone to Canada for your lesson! (in a nice way!!) And her tailored attention, really clear way of explaining things and thorough but good-humoured approach provides an absolute winning combination! Can't recommend her highly enough !!! everyone will love Pilates if you do it with this teacher!
