        Absolutely great service! I was looking to buy insulin for my diabetic cat, I usually get it at my vets clinic but this time their retailer had it out of stock. I did not exactly know what to do, but the customer service here was extremely helpful, they explained everything about the prescription etc.. Very professional phone service, the lady I spoke to was very competent, proficient and nice! My every email was answered as well, with detailed instructions what to do. The insulin arrived within two days from the time a made a payment. It was wrapped in some wooly, temperature holding material, with an ice pack in the box, everything packed very securely. I would give them 10 stars if I could:)

        Brilliant. The products come back so quick and it's much easier than having to contact a consultant or GP for something so basic that you know you need. I would highly recommend. Also your kept updated so you know where your product is and how long its going to be before it gets to you
