        I am very unhappy with a Pharmacy Assistant at this newly opened branch. I collected a prescription plus had some outstanding capsules owed and there was some confusion around it all. This person insisted on patronising me and putting me right. But I wasnt bothered about the explanation. I had my prescription and wanted to buy 3 other things but he refused to sell them to me. I hadnt raised my voice, sworn or called him names. He was simply sulking because I wasnt interested in him continuing to patronise me and it didnt matter anyway because it was resolved. They need to be taught customer service skills!

        Unfortunately this pharmacy is falsely advertised as opening until 11pm during the week. My daughter urgently required medication but unfortunately when we arrived at around 10.20pm, the pharmacy was shut and when I tried ringing the bell there was no answer.
