        So committed, welcoming and friendly. We cannot comment about her grooming skills because she suggested not doing so. We booked for a grooming for our puppy but she said because the puppy has a long travel a couple of days later and it involves some stress to her, it is better to postpone the job for another time after her travel. She didnt charge us at all.

        Lovely experience with Charlotte, brilliant grooming our dog is always comfortable and happy! Charlotte has plenty of treats for the dogs and is incredibly calm and patient and takes her time to ensure your dog looks exactly the way you want them to. 10/10 service and would highly recommend!
