Tom is a great trainer, he helped me fix my deadlift which sent me from picking up 140kg to 210kg in less then a year! He also taught me how to stretch and recover which has enabled me to stay stronger and healthier. Would recommend to anyone who wants to learn better form, get fitter and stay healthy
