Natalya is the best PT Ive ever had. She makes exercising fun (and a little tough), she plans my sessions in advance and all my time with her is well thought out to try and help my achieve my goals. She makes me feel at ease, super personable and clearly has plenty of great knowledge on fitness and form. Ive been coming to Natalya for sessions twice weekly for a just over a couple of months now and from when I started to now, theres been such a noticeable improvement on my health and fitness. I started to train with Natalia at 5 months postpartum and she is amazing at what she does. Our sessions are always varied and she trains me hard to achieve goals. Overall shes brilliant and would recommend her to anyone looking to get into shape.

Natalya is a very experienced and knowledgeable PT. I have a complex and rare medical condition, and she effectively tailored our PT sessions to meet my complex needs. Natalya adopts a holistic, full body approach. As Im underweight, while my end goal is to gain weight, she also incorporated exercises which would help improve my (very poor) balance. She proactively identified this as something I need to address. Natalya gave detailed training plans, including tips in her notes, which made it easier for me to replicate those exercises on my own. Natalya is a stickler for form, and was creative with finding strategies to ensure my form is correct when exercising on my own. She also gave great dietary advice. In short, Natalya is an amazing PT all round!

I have been using Natalia for nearly a year now with specific goals in mind that I was failing to reach on my own (which was leaving me very frustrated!!) As a fellow PT and instructor I knew straight away there was only one person that I wanted to help me and this was Natalia. She is well known for her no nonsense approach to training and her knowledge of fitness is outstanding!! She has addressed my goals in such a specific and detailed approach and has gone above and beyond in helping me reach these aforementioned goals. Each session is structured and is designed to target exactly what I want to work on which is something that seemingly alludes some trainers (!) and her professional and skilled approach really does set her apart from the rest! Natalia is also very skilled at pushing me at things I may otherwise shy away from not to mention her very witty humor which also serves as a great distraction! If you are serious about getting fit and realizing your full fitness potential then you need to pick up the phone and book. She really is one of the very best and I am so very lucky and grateful to benefit from her amazing service and to have her as my PT!
