PT Pete Chapman

PT Pete Is a great PT. He's help me lose weight and really pushes me. I love working with him, the sessions are great fun and challenging. Cant recommend him enough

Ive enjoyed working with Pete so far and Im looking forward to seeing what this year brings. Petes a very easy going guy and has helped me over come a few hurdles when It comes to diet and food. Hes tailored a plan to fit my chaotic work life and has/is very honest about meeting and achieving my goals. Hes always on the phone if I need him. I Would deffo recommend Pete from the positive experience Ive had with him and if you dont mind Dad jokes during your session.

Before I joined the gym I had 0 self confidence and the thought of working out in the weights room petrified me. I have never felt so confident in myself and the gym and that is all thanks to Pete. Always pushing me to the max and getting me to where I want to be. I cant praise Pete enough and If youre looking for a personal trainer who actually cares about their clients then Pete is your man!

I've had a great experience with Pete. Easy to talk too, supportive and has helped me find the confidence to get in the gym and start having a positive relationship with food and exercise. Would recommend.

I'm into the fourth month of having Pete as my online personal trainer, and it's working well. He provides accountability, workouts, meal plans, and personal check-ins, online and over the phone. I am visibly losing weight and gaining strength already. He is supportive and gives positive criticism. He's a good egg and an excellent PT.
