        Booked my X5 for a suspension check had to wait 5 days. Was asked to drop the car at 10am. Which I did at 9.30. Called them around 2pm for an update was told car was on diagnostics eventually they called to collect my car came up with levelling sensor. I asked if there was any other issues nothing. I asked what would be the cost reply waiting on bmw to give the price I was still not sure as the car was not dropping down at front . So I took the car to another garage next day. I was shocked to find out that my coil spring was broke ball joint needed replacing noting wrong with levelling suspension. So they never even put my car on the ramp. What disgrace from Halfords will never use them again . I did not even want to leave a star. Lost a day with them . Service: Steering & suspension repair

        Went to the AutoCentre to get car lights sorted. Spoke to Jordan who said he would get my car seen to asap (i did not have a booking). Alex and Muhammad sorted the car quickly. Whilst there also saw Muhammad deal with a difficult customer. Muhammad remained calm and polite despite the customers tone and demeanour. Great guys who know what they are doing on cars and how to treat people well. Well done guys, keep it up! Will not be taking my car to any other garage. SK

        Im new to living in the Slough area, I called in for a battery as my key fob stopped working to lock my car. I should have taken his name, but he did not charge me for the battery replacement. Excellent customer service, and such a wonderful team. I could tell this was a place with great service as the three customers collecting their cars on my very short wait were regular customers and were very happy with the service. I will definitely take my car here when my Service and MOT is due. Thank you so much, I can now lock my car with the remote fob. Services: General repairs & maintenance, General repairs
