Keep your family far away from this place, the 'care' is appalling and residents are treated like nothing, I'm surprised the cqc do not see what really goes on. The manager Mulkraj gives the residents alcohol, he is a fraud and has defrauded the HMRC, he should be investigated. The staff are sworn at all the time. The owners only care about money. All of this goes unnoticed and the place continues to rake the money in. Disgusting. Save your family and take them somewhere where they will really be cared for. The same goes for their Egham and Salt Hill care home where Janet is also complicit.

Absolutely appalling and disgusting no care whatsoever had to remove my Nan as they didnt look after her one bit she was left to defend herself and has also told us how she was pinched and slapped by members of staff we also found poo on her toilet seat just after they had left the room telling us everything was ok if you care about your loved ones do everything in your power to stop them from going here
