My son started with them when he was 1.2 years old. After searching nurseries from Windsor to Langley. We decided to enrol with Cherry Tree and I am more than Happy that my son is with them , safe and growing. The kind of love and care he receives there is beyond my thankfulness. The nursery also have given us parental access to nursery web cams so we can always see what he is doing. A mother needs nothing more than the satisfaction to herself that her kids are given the best care and Cherry Tree ensures that. The care givers and the administration staff are all very humble people and always there to help and support parents and the kids.

My son was due to start at this nursery pre covid timeframe, but they never contacted us in terms of start date, settling in period etc. They took a deposit from us saying it's non refundable. Why do you pay a deposit if the nursery is being careless and not communicate with the parent. Spoke to the manager of this nursery who was rude and hanged up the phone without a proper answer. Please think twice before choosing cherry tree, they are all over the news when it comes to bad press. This is my experience. I phoned up to ask why was there no communication at all, I was said sorry, the staff was made redundant. Fair enough but why was the backlog not picked up for months and months. This is just a nursery who care less about communication and pay Keen attention towards your wallet..stay away!!

My daughter started going to Cherry Trees nursery at 10 months old and has been there for nearly a year. She has settled in so well and loves going in. The nursery has a clean, safe environment and the staff are amazing and work towards the needs of each and every child. I would highly recommend Cherry Trees, my daughter comes home with paintings and enjoys all the activities throughout the day. My daughter has learnt so much in the time she has been there, we love seeing her develop and how Cherry Trees has such a positive impact. 5 stars without a doubt!
