Why would anyone pay your money for such rude service. Appalling staff with no sense of customer service. It seems like that is the norm there. Staff is not interested in what you want, they carry on and do what they want and only want to get done with you as soon as possible. If you say anything they start on a rampage in their lingo and start raising their voice and i even had finger raised at me. Unfortunately the owner who is generally ok only apologised to me and did not address the situation as one would hope. Staff need training in customer service! I would not be going there anymore and regrets the years I have put up with such service. Service: Acrylic nails

RIP OFF!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Regardless of booking an appointment I had to wait 30 minutes to get seated which is extremely inconvenient if youre expecting to be somewhere after, so forget your plans for later. They put on the acrylics tell me to go wash my hands by the time i come back theyve started on someone else, I'm confused waiting for someone for 10 minutes. Then someone called Tony begins the design but stops every minute to serve other customers. The desgin was messy and the service was unprofessional. Furthermore they're charging 37 just for shellac. not even design included. Other salons such as d&o in slough charge 30 for shellac so i definitely recommend going there! The equipment used was so unsanitary the brush used to remove the mess of my hands was filled with so much filth. Overall just to get shellac done i spent 2 hours there despite having an appointment. imagine how long youd have to wait without an appointment

Lisa did my nails and she was so lovely and friendly. Did a great job I am extremely happy with the result. Will definitely be seeing her more often. Thank you very much
