JMIC Slough

I have visited all masjids of Slough in this blessed month of Ramadanb Alhamdulillah. Stoke poges masjid has been renovated and looked beautiful mashhallah tabarakAllah. But to my surprise I experienced very non welcoming behaviour of volunteers/staff. Discipling people is one thing, but restrict them to such extreme level is beyond my understanding. People coming with children are badly treated and discouraged. It's better to clearly banned them rather than insulting them on site. Unnecessary discipline made no sense. In times of heavy rain, sisters were stopped outside owning to reason that hall is full. After couple of days I felt highly discouraged to go to this masjid anymore. What's a point of renovation from public's charity when they are discouraged to attend. Masjid is Allah's home and no one should feel disregarded and insulted like this.

Beautiful masjid. A lot of parking in the rear. Fridays get very busy though, usually you should come half an hour early on Fridays to avoid missing jamaa'a.
