Am currently in the process of purchasing a house and securing a mortgage through JustMortgages. As a shift worker I'm typically asleep during office hours so having Sarah work with me has made the process far easier than I could have possibly anticipated - especially given all the complications we have all had to deal with over the past 12+ months. We can not thank Sarah Awan enough for all her help and support with re-mortgaging our property. Her help and advice was clear, thorough and professional. Myself and my partner both felt extremely comfortable going through our finances with Sarah, she listened to our requirements and what our concerns were with having to adjust our monthly outgoings each month and made it work for us. We were referred to Sarah Awan to help us with our mortgage and from the get go we know we were in safe hands. She was friendly, warm, helpful and professional. She took her time to really understand our needs and we felt she really went out of her way to help us get the best possible mortgage taking the stress out of everything. Although we didn't end up using Sarah (as a friend recommended their broker friend), we found her very helpful and friendly. She was very clear in her explanations and we felt very comfortable speaking to her (eg. Didn't feel awkward about asking 'stupid' questions). She was very responsive even when I wanted to double-check something with her that her broker had advised us - which was very mind of her. I would happily use her in the future as feel confident that she knew her stuff.
