Usman is a very polite, sincere and kind guy! He was very helpful and found me the best mortgage deal. He explained everything I needed to know, helped me step by step with the paper work, managed everything very well and most importantly kept me updated with the progress of my application. I was looking to remortgage and Usman was recommended. I never used a broker before so was not sure at first. Once I contacted Usman he went through all the options and rates, answered all my questions and was very patient throughout numerous phone calls. There was no pressure or hard sell at all, which was a surprise, I actually took my time and looked at other options. Because of Usmans professionalism I decided to go with him. He even said he will contact me in advance when my renewal is up. I was also looking for insurance but was not sure at all which one was best or if it was worth while or not. I briefly mentioned this to Usman and he went through it in detail and provided all the options, Usman answered all the questions over various phone calls, which you will not get with anyone else. He has a lot of knowledge, experience and very honest.
