        Absolute joke of a company to deal with. Simple repairs can take months to be carried out. Never ever had a seamless encounter with them always problems.

        Having seen the bad reviews on here I wanted to say I have had nothing but good service from Leaseplan. I am 3 1/2 years into a 4 year lease on my Merc GLC. Booking a service, tire replacement etc nas all been very straightforward. If I do end up leasing another car - Leaseplan will be my first call.

        Never have I encountered so many comically insane people under one roof. Every conversation with Leaseplan is more dystopian than the last. If you want to lease a vehicle and end up in a mental hospital, these guys are 100% the way to go

        Disgusting. Can speak to someone and call is off the road. Been tryin weeks with no one calling back, answering emails or anything. I think Ill need to take legal action
