        I took my daughter to see Caroline for some CBT sessions for her anxiety, I can honestly say she is a true miracle worker. She's, kind, sensitive, funny and caring, I would recommend anyone to come and see Caroline truly amazing x

Caroline had a relaxed and professional style which challenged me in a supportive and caring way to help see the wood through the trees and some simple changes I could make in a number of areas.
