        Totally useless. It's been over 12 weeks since I first contacted them just trying to get an appointment booked - after several phonecalls and 8 emails chasing both reception and the manager I have given up. I had 1k ready for just a detail and they don't even have the decency to reply. it's one day's work guys, I wasn't asking you to rebuild the car - terrible communication. They obviously don't need the business. Will just go to a competitor
