Ordered the vegan vegetable hot,it took about an hour an half to arrive and Iam 0.9 miles away when it came it was stone cold,when I phoned to complain they apologised and said they would refund the money, I thought fair enough,but they didnt refund the money,avoid them is my advice cause they have poor understanding of the truth

The delivery was fast, too fast. What about proper cooking time and temperature? I ordered half and half: pepperoni passion and margarita with meatballs. The meatballs tasted funny, I looked properly and it looked like one side of the pork meatball was cooked only. Tasted weird. Actually this was the second time I received uncooked product: the first one was a raw garlic bread. They offered me a free one, if I ring them but I never did. I really hope this taught me not to order any more pizzas and save money.
