Staff member Jyoti- no knowledge of JD products, deliveries and services. Unhelpful and did not understand English very well. JD should not be hiring staff who are not able to understand customer queries or hold no knowledge of JD services.

Awful, service far too Slough for a collection, took me almost 20 minutes due to lack of staff and lack of good processes/systems. They really need to fix the whole shopping experience. Will stick with other sports shops in Slough. However, the manager Muddi was super kind and tried best to help. Not his fault the store isn't equipped
