Craftovator

Firstly I live in Australia and took a huge risk buying fragrance oils from a supplier in the UK due to the exchange rate and the impossibility of returning anything if the quality wasn't up to par. Well, let me tell you, the service was fantastic, the communication was fantastic and the quality of the oils I purchased are amazing. I have been looking for this particular fragrance oil everywhere including the US and couldn't find it. I stumbled upon it by accident at Craftovator and I'm so glad I did. I'm test burning at the moment and the scent is amazing. Will be returning back to craftovator.

Absolutely a joke, waiting a week for confirmation of my order, although money taken at point of order, still not been picked or posted according to the order status. Called and no one answers the phone or calls back, no email response like the answer phone states. Ive used this company for a while and feel I cant trust them to support my business. Id like a refund but I guess for that to happen someone would have to answer the bloody phone.

Saw a FB ad and went to the website. Lots of oils and at good prices. Slightly confusing that they sell them in ml bottles when making wax melts we need to use grams. Buying bigger bottles is always going to be cheaper. My first order contained a few bottles of fragrance oils, some glitter and was showing as pending even though payment was taken. I was told this was ok. The next day I checked again and it was declined. I was going to place another order but i was waiting for my refund to arrive before I spent more. But then the next day my order arrived. Very confusing transaction and the oils sadly werent up the standard my wax melt customers require so wouldnt purchase from here again.
