My mum had been sick for weeks after being diagnosed with pneumonia. She was told by the hospital she can go to her clinic and get antibiotics whenever she needed. The doctors would not give them to her, then there was Junior doctor strike, consequently she goes rapidly down hill. She is now dying in hospital. I feel completely failed by them. I would give zero stars if I could. I hope they read this and learn a lesson, and heal rather than hinder health.

I used the rave to everyone about my GP. I don't understand what has happened here. I have just had a health issue and once I got a doctor to speak to they were absolutely wonderful. BUT I had to make the appointment via 111 and not the surgery as it is impossible to get through to the surgery directly, or once through be able to secure a future appointment . I have also recently attempted to make an appointment for my daughter, but to no avail. I understand the pressures that the NHS are under at the moment. I sympathise. However, it is unacceptable to have a phone system that rather than even allow you to join a queue, simply presents you with an engaged tone. I can sit in a queue, I can be disappointed that I have not been able to get appointment, but this feeling of absolute desertion and helplessness from not being able to even access a queue is unacceptable. Simply sticking a letter up on your website that there are pressures and you are doing your best is not good enough. The NHS is not a free service, we all pay for it through our taxes. I have a great deal of time and respect for the institution. I am grateful thatI have the opportunity to access my surgery. But respect flows both ways. I'm asking you a simple thing - just sort your phone system out.

Can not make a booking for a sick child who needs anti-biotics to clear an infection. Tried online and by phone at exactly the times given.

If I could give 0 stars,I would. By far the worst appointment booking system ever - it is easier getting tickets to massive instant sold out music gigs than it is to get an appointment here. Just die instead, it's less stressful.

I have to publicly thank Practice Nurse, Laverne Crowley at Burnham Health Clinic . I saw a Doctor at Wexham Park A & E about a venus ulcer on my leg which was affecting my balance and left me virtually unable to walk. He said that there was very little he could do but he referred me to BHC. Over the course of the next 4 months, I was treated by Laverne who was very efficient, well organised with a strong work ethic and a pleasant, easy going manner. Everything was clearly and succinctly explained and now my leg has completely healed. A miracle.I am eternally grateful for her help and professionalism.Thank you Laverne! Top Lady! I appreciate that getting an appointment at BHC isn't easy and I think it would be a good idea to bring back a limited number of evening appointments, as currently People who urgently need to see a Doctor are being denied that opportunity. In closing, I have to say that in my experience over the last 22 years that I have been at this surgery, their treatment and care has always been unfailingly good.
