Europcar Slough

I have only given 1 star as there is not an option to not give a star at all. The worst experience ever and non existent customer service. Car was supposed be delivered at 9am arrived 12 noon, handed key at the door and she then left, I thought I would have a look at the car, was promised a like for like car the car I received is much smaller than mine, promised a full tank of petrol not the case. The inside of the car filthy was told if i wanted to get it cleaned they would reimburse me what a joke, with dog hairs and stains in the seat's. Called to complain was told someone would call me back of course that never happened have had the car 3 days now and still waiting for my call back after chasing 3 times. Requested a different car was told not possible. Disgusting service.

Bad service. Staff was grumpy and rude, car was damaged all over. Was told to walk around and see the damage. There were decents and marks everywhere, how am i meant to remember where everything is. Fuel wasen't full and was told to fuel up to the max. Car was not clean. bad service, if you're readying this. Please go else where. I wished I listened to the other reviews.

Ladies in there are clueless.. Place is cheaper then the rest in the area but never deal with ladies staff

Van wasn't ready to collect when expected. Staff are nice.
