Cippenham Surgery

Dr Vineet and Dr Nabi are amazing doctors. Several times Ive booked an appointment for help and even though I have not been able to take the call, due to me seeing my own patients they call back and also have arranged for treatment to be sent to my local pharmacy in a quick and timely manner. I was also offered a same day face to face appointment. Fantastic service

Worst receptionist service , they don't hear problems of patient Phone all the time busy Receptionist say u need to book appointment on the phone , they don't book by physical Very bad service...

Currently on the phone to the clinic. The queuing machine says Im number 1 in the queue but its been 25minutes. Its 5.55pm now and the clinic is closing at 6.30pm so Im still waiting. I just want the repeated prescriptions to be approved as its been over 4 working days and the request has not been looked at. My current medicine runs out on Thursday! As I wrote this, the call was answered rather rudely. No apologies for half hour wait as number 1 in the queue. They need to learn how to take calls and not bluntly like she doesnt want to be there taking the calls. Its her job and it doesnt take much to be pleasant.
