        Used to be a fantastic surgery, unfortunately recently Ive had some really bad experiences here. Ive written complaints but never hear anything back. Awful practice, go elsewhere!

        This surgery was great, now I'm afraid its terrible. The ladies answering the phone to book the appointment act like doctors accessing you after you after a 5 second call.

        I have always been able to see a gp face to face when needed. They seem organised and never had any issues. GP's and nurses have always been friendly.

        Absolutely impossible to get through to them to get an appointment on the day. What are you supposed to do when you need to book an appointment for your sick child! can't get an appointment on the day there, and no way can I wait 5/6 hours in A&E. broken system.
