If I could put minus 1000 stars I would. I genuinely have never come across more incompetent staff in my life. They never know what theyre talking about, they always tell me I wasnt prescribed things in the past when I have been. They have ridiculous waiting times, you can never ever get an appointment. I think they actually want you to die before you get an appointment. The amount of times I have put off my health concern because I know its such a pain to get in contact with the GP. Worst doctors surgery Ive ever experienced. Do not come here.

1. Booked appointment online. Used the online facilty to add details of the appointment to my phones calendar. Arrived at surgery to find it closed! Called the surgery, answer phone message said staff are on training!!! Classic case of left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing! I hope this is not the case with the client care they provide! 2. Toilets are disgusting! Also, both genders share the same area! 3. Doctor was extremely rude and lost her temper because I called her by her first name, whereas previously it wasn't a issue! 4. I waited ages to get connected and then they cut me off the call because I asked them to wait for longer than 30 secs because I had to answer another call! 5. Don't waste your money here if you need a private medical. Some reception staff and medical staff don't know what they are doing!

I would give zero stars if I had option to do, but unfortunately I dont have any option for that. This is the worst surgery reception team ever in my life, I have 2 little kids, normally younger kids get priority appointments but in this surgery never. I been trying to get hold of them from sharp 8am but never get chance for appointments. I dont know whom getting this appointments, service is really bad and this reception team including some GPs in the surgery do not know how to treat the patients. Its very shame to have a surgery like this.
