        Nice shop and staff but they never answer their phones! Extremely annoying as a customer when I'm waiting to collect an item. Do I travel 10 miles or wait for their call???

        Rude customer service. I gave back a product which was defect, the audicity of the staff to turn around and reject this saying it's been used, obviously, we have to use it to find out it's defective! Dishonest, and thieving sales staff!
