Terrible on pick up using meet and greet. 1 hour 10 mins!! No communication except my calls. Take a permanent diversion on this one in future

Please do not use this company! If they are cheaper than the other parking companies it's for a reason. They state to contact them 20-25 minutes before you reach the airport yet they don't answer the phone or return any voicemails you leave. Eventually when we did manage to get a hold of them, they were an hour late for pick up. On return we asked if we could pick up our car earlier and they agreed for 9:30 instead of 11:00. We contacted them at 08:30. At 09:30 we waited in the cold with our kids and no one came. We tried for 15 minutes then was informed that it would be another half an hour. Half an hour later and still no car and we were told they have no drivers. They make no attempt to contact customers to inform them of anything. This is a shoddy business, please keep away and don't use them.
