        Whilst the sales talk over the phone was good, twice they did not turn up for their appointment time to confirm the quote they gave over the phone and when I called to find out when they were coming I was told that they had forgotten (for the second time). Do you really want to rely on someone like this to move you on completion day?. Without a quote in writing or a confirmation of the price I went to someone else, clearly the guy who runs this place is very disorganized and doesn't really care whether he gets the business or not. Avoid at all costs.
