Heathrow Airport Park and Ride

I would have given 5 stars but couldn't. The service was incredible for the price to be fair. Car was returned undamaged even though I felt somewhat stressed after reading the reviews. I would recommend anyone to pay 5 for them to inspect the car before you leave it. This is only declared in your receipt after you've left. This will ensure you are protected just in case they ever damage your car. Worth it for 5. Pick up was instant too as soon as we called. Very good service all round. The reason why I can't give 5 stars was fearing for my life at 5am in the morning. Warning. If your driver of the mini van wears a beanie hat with stranger things logo on it, brave yourself. He used the kerbs of the car park ramps to ensure he could do 20+ miles an hour. My mind was actually blown. Then on the way to the airport, weaving in and out of traffic at an alarming speed. If wants to a real life GTA experience then by all means get in the van with this chap. But I wouldn't do it again on an empty stomach and at 5am! Great Park and ride service all round. Just watch your drivers because someone is going to screw up soon.

DO NOT USE, I have been waiting for a refund since November, company ignores all emails and phone calls. You would be safer using another company.

There was a dent in my car when I returned. I dont believe it was there when I left the car. However it was marked on the form - obviously this mark could have been added after any incident so I asked for the photos the company took. The customer support team said I had to take photos. Nobody told me this when I dropped the car off and so I have no photos and of course if there wasnt any damage there before - I wouldnt have had a photo anyway (not being psychic). I replied to the customer service email to that effect but have had no response. To me the dent looks new - as it had black scuff marks on it (from another cars bumper or similar). and it was so big I am confident I would have noticed it before! I dont hold out much hope of getting it sorted as this seems to be a dodgy outfit.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Miserable staff. Very unprofessional. When we first dropped off our car we were made to Pay an extra 5 drop off fee. The van was full and they had taken 5 from them too so getting all this extra money for nothing. You have to wait till the bus is full before it leaves. On return - we had to wait 35 minutes for them to come and pick us up. We had just bought a coffee after waiting in the cold and realising they wasnt coming soon and then they said we could bring in our coffee and made us throw it. We are grown adults we are not going to spill it and the van itself is dirty and worn down. It says on website transfer takes 10-15 minutes but it actually takes around 20-25 minutes with out traffic. Your car is not left in a safe place, just at the top of a multi story car park that anyone can get too. Will never use this service again and I would not recommend anyone to do the same!!
