Sent parcel in June 2022 Half of my parcel received the rest not received had sentimental value to it and expensive stuff Calling the company every other day they are very very rude They say we will get back to in 1 hour , tomorrow and they never do each time calling them is the same thing Told me do what ever you want their company does not care about they reputation or their clients they only when its to pick up so they can make money it makes no difference if the other end receives it or not . Please do not use this company if dont want to loose your money . Very very rude not at all helpful

If i could 0 i would, my grandmother sent cargo 2 years ago. Did not pack pans, hoover and iron. Said will pack later, written on receipt. Did not deliver my grandmotther , aunt vousin and myself we have been chasing up has been over two year each time they say we will check and come back we will sort out we will do, and most recently being so rude saying oh its over 2 years old nothing cane be done ect. Absolutely appaling theives, different person each time bo one fixes anything. Stealing from old women. Company owner said it is my company do what you want nothing can be done, what jahil people. Have been reported to the police and now will be takong to court as we have given them countless opportunities to find item or cover cost if they can not find. They have take our being reasonable as weekness.

Not helpful at all I dont want to be rude but someone sent me clothes from my home country and it was due last Friday 18th of March 2022 and I now we are on Monday and I dont have my clothes when I tried writing my code it kept on saying no Information after I try to chat to the stuff they told me that my item is in the factory something like that . I asked the stuff that if you can give me the address for the factory and he said check the ups how am I supposed to know where the ups is in the website I also said if you can deliver to my house he never replied. I tried to call them it was busy like whats the point of opening a company when you cannot satisfied them its not fair on me because I had to wear those clothes on a special occasion and I couldnt I am still waiting for the item the item hasnt come . They havent even called me to say why its taking long . Please dont do business with them .
