Vehicles are taken off site to park, my vehicle got bogged somewhere. They clearly tried to get the vehicle out by constantly spinning the wheels causing blistering on the tyres, it was eventually dragged out causing huge flat spots on the tyres. (1 tyre was 4 weeks old prior to drop off, upon returning there was a flat spot so large it was past the low tread indicator). No one mentioned any of this to us, hoping we wouldn't notice, however the flat spots made the vehicle dangerous and undrivable, staff repeatedly said there was nothing they could do and to contact the complaints line in the morning, no response from the complaints line. Our only option was to change the worst tyre at 11pm and limp 150 miles home. Avoid at all costs! Terrible service, no morals.

Poor, slow unhelpful service. Took 1.5 hours to get to our car from calling from the airport. Also, they STOLE 1 coins that we're in the car. Disgusting.

Terrible. Don't do it, pay a bit more for a decent service. 2 hour wait at airport to be picked up after a long haul flight. Don't answer phone, got the number of passengers wrong so my partner had to go in a separate car which arrived back to car park half an hour after us. The vehicle stank. Didn't care at all about customer service.

Please dont bother unless you are prepared to wait a very long time on your return. Today it took 1 hr and 40 minutes from calling to be collected to getting my car, on a Sunday with no traffic. Rude unhelpful operators. Made the mistake of using this operator a second time - never again.
