Poor risk assessment - felt my fridge freezer too heavy to remove with contents but didn't advise. So removed contents and placed in a cardboard box without advising. Contents found two days after removing!
Gave a quote for 3 men and 2 vans, on day of packing only 2 men arrived. After 6 hours advised I'd need to pay another payment to complete job as further two men required and another van. This was negotiated and third van not required.
One kitchen cupboard left unpacked at old property. Instruction about not unpacking draws not followed. How glass wear/ china made it without getting to destinations without breaking i'm unsure but miracle, poorly packed.
They do not show you terms and conditions or discuss. Small print at bottom of Web page!
21/1/22 - Declined to give me insurance Details advised my claim wouldn't be covered under their insurance. Offered money by company to REMOVE my REVIEW from GOOGLE review!!.
