I bought a VRS Design iPhone 8 case through Amazon in September 2017. By January the bumper had snapped completely across the mute button. To be fair to VRS Design they did respond eventually through the Amazon link and having sent pictures they agreed to replace it. 5 stars to them. However, this replacement case lasted under 7 weeks before breaking in exactly the same place. I haven't dropped my phone or in any way damaged the case. VRS Design this time have: ignored the repeated emails sent via Amazon; they have ignored my direct emails to their support email address from their website; and, there was no response from their international head office support email contact. The case is not fit for purpose and VRS Design have a responsibility under consumer law to address my issues satisfactorily. As they are ignoring my contact I can only assume they seek to avoid taking any responsibility for their faulty product. Exceptionally poor customer service. Update: Finally, a simple response saying they hadnt received any emails since I reported the flaw with the first case supplied but that a refund was being processed. A second star added for the refund but still an unimpressive level of customer service to get resolution. The biggest issue for buyers should be the resilience of the case around the mute switch.
