Went for full body wax. I could hear staff arguing about the dirty sheet but nody was willing to change it. She was very rough and left scars when pulling strip off.

Terrible experience. No idea how they're still open but somehow they are? I've been here three times in the past. The first time was in 2015 when I did ombre and asked for brown ends (to go with my natural root colour of black). They did it blonde and said it would darken when it's dry. That makes no sense?? When they fixed it, they gave no deductions for their bad service. Second time, roughly 2016/2017, I got my eyebrows done from here and they ruined them. Again, they knew their mistake and gave no deductions. This was the night before Eid as well so I couldn't grow them out overnight or do anything to help the situation. Third time, last year, my niece and I got a haircut and the lady had no clue what she was doing. Got home to find one side was shorter than the other!!!! The same with my niece. I had to fix my hair and my niece's hair at home with a pair of kitchen scissors and did a better job than the hairdresser. I doubt the ladies working here have any qualifications or any experience in cutting hair or removing hair. Again, no idea how they're still in business. Would definitely not go here for ANY service.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Avoid at all costs, rude and greedy staff.
