A hidden place if you want to book an event, the place is hard to find. cold inside, in spring is too cold inside and all the heating is off. Toilets are dirty. Floor is dirty. Kitchen is cold and dirty. Outside the garden and parking area are in a poorly condition. I am sure if you have an event you can find a better place . Avoid.
