Although very friendly staff the car was not as advertised. If you do decide to buy a car from this garage then please have it inspected by rac or aa or some independent vehicle inspector before handing over any money .... and check all paperwork.

Who are these clowns? Motoring World? Arvato? Dont trust either way. Not to be trusted. Bought a BMW X5 five weeks ago and have had nothing but issues since. Disappointing as the car was sold with a fresh MOT with no advisories. Car sold with 4 mismatched part-warn tyres, one run flat, one not even suitable for the weight of the vehicle and two that were barely legal I was told this is common in the UK The front discs are badly warn and need replacing, again no advisories on the MOT?? Apparently I need to take it up with their MOT Centre. It doesnt fill me with confidence. LIED TO - make sure you question the ad and check the spec for yourself! When I questioned the optional extras included I was verbally told the car came with a premium sound system as advertised. It does not and I only found out after doing my own research when I returned home - the dealership refuses to take responsibility. Also check the warranty, I was told it comes with roadside assistance - again it doesnt. Five weeks on, still no V5C, told it was processed by post and could take 6 weeks - its 2022, do it online! Dont trust the MOT, get your own inspection done dont trust the ad, or what they tell you, do your own research. I was offered 400 towards new tyres that cost me 1,000, they refuse compensation for lying about the premium sound system, warranty, brakes or for the numerous other issues uncovered since purchasing the car that I could go on for in a few more paragraphs

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Saw a Corsa on Autotrader, after weeks of 'it'll be in tomorrow' finally viewed it. In hindsight all smoke and mirrors, raining, dark. Told just passed MOT, reg plate slightly damaged but NO OTHER ISSUES. Engine light comes on 12 days later and goes into limp mode on a scary bend. Take it to garage for inspection, just a few finds: scrap bonnet, thermostat housing leaking coolant, rear bumper brackets broken, headlight broken, throttle sensor low. They accused me of causing all the damage. After months of ignoring letters sent demanding a full refund, finally it was obtained when threatened with court. These guys are putting people at serious risk, how they are still running baffles me. Looks like a lot of people have had an identical experience to mine. Never received my v5c. Complete waste of time, money and energy.

Very good selection of cars, Steve was very helpful and accommodating to get us the right car we were looking for. It is my son's first car so we needed to be sure it was right. No pressure or silly sales talk, just facts and help! Well worth a visit.
