First time visiting. Really great paint collection. Made to measure exactly what I wanted. A luxury item as not cheap. But felt it was quality.

Great paint. but if a problem occurs with colour or handling damage customer service are despicable.Have been doing business with slough branch since Benjamin Moore came to England, time to cut ties after hundreds of pounds in loses.

Terrible customer service. I paid for delivery - they came but presumably didn't ring bell or phone or I didn't get to the door on time so they took the paint to the local post office. I didn't ask them to do that! Disabled and don't drive so I say well I'll have to get taxi to collect but at least don't add insult to injury and don't make me pay for the delivery. Refused - even though I paid to deliver to an address they didn't actually deliver to! Amazing these people can stay in business. The amount was minimum under 10 but definitely wont use them to supply paint for our refurb job and definitely no use if you are disabled and actually want a delivery ( property is all alone no where near other houses so at worse they could have left it outside). Despicable way to treat people really.
