        Unimpressed with the choice and the prices. Not displaying those prices is also a turnoff. I'm sure if you are in the trade it is convenient to just stick it on the account but everything they do here the likes of B&Q also do, plus more, and at a better price.

        Very helpful staff, didn't catch the name of the gentleman in glasses who was helping us, but he went an extra mile with his customer service. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. He made for us high quality paint that we would never be able to get in any other store (value for money). We were amazed how well it covers the old paint. Perfectly smooth and matt finish. Our living room is still in progress but we already love it! Defenitely will buy from Johnstone's again.
