Stay away from this place! My kitchen in short my kitchen has fallen apart at the seems the doors have completely de laminated. When I phoned to ask for replacements they told my they only did a 1 year warranty at the time of purchase and that is know out of date. So now I have to pay another kitchen provider to replace all my kitchen doors. Atleast Howdens do a 25 year guarantee!

PWS is a trade supplier of doors and accessories, which we as manufacturers buy to complement our bespoke carcasses. PWS dont actually sell kitchens directly to the public, so there is one misleading Review left by someone, who may have had a bad experience with their kitchen supplier but it wouldnt have been supplied by PWS. Ive been using them as a supplier for nearly 20 years & one of the biggest reasons that i still use them is that their customer service & speedy replacement of damaged goods is 2nd to none, a phone call & maybe a picture and the new item/items are sent out next day delivery if stock items.

Buyer beware. Incredibly bad service - doors damaged, later delivery, clueless and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. Had to award one star to be allowed to post.
