Having never done bathrooms before, we required some good advice. David helped us in specifying bathroom to our budget and style needs, saving us hours of internet research. Never did he try to up-sell anything expensive, infact talked us out of things that were nit really necessary. Being somewhat saturated with online shopping, we were delighted with the experience as there were lots of displays for inspiration. Some returns and exchanges were promptly handled. We found prices to be reasonable with the added assurance that if anything goes wrong, we could just phone him up and it will sorted (and he did)

We had a very limited space for a roll top cast iron bath & the range didn't disappoint. The option to have the finished paintwork colour matched was fantastic and the bath sits perfectly insitu along with our colour scheme. Delivery was ontime as scheduled. I can't praise the team enough for their additional customer service when I spilt superglue on the bath, I called them and they advised how to go about resolving the issue. You wouldn't know there had been a problem, thanks to the advise and touch-up paint provided. Premium service & product! Thank you

If you are looking for a great, friendly service and knowledgeable staff, come here. Whilst they did not have on display the products I eventually bought in their showroom, they did source, price match and for some items beat the previous two quotes I had from other local companies. From delivering the day I wanted, to even storing some of the items until the plumber was ready for these goods to arrive, they did so with no quibble. Brilliant.
