        Incompetent and they don't care. They don't understand the simple concept of sending workers at a specific time- they send people over at any time.

        If i had the choice I wouldn't even give a star.. The staff are the rudest people I have ever met, whatever happened to being professional. They talk down to you like you are nothing. I have lived in 4 of their properties and every single one of them have had old boilers and damp issues or something else wrong with them. You call them up and ask them to fix something and it takes about 3 months for them to do it even if you call everyday and remind them. I wouldn't be surprised if the positive reviews on here are faked by them, be very careful when looking to rent or buy a property with this estate agency as they can't be trusted and rip you off. Best of luck to anyone that is already with this estate agency as you will need it.
