        I have been trying to get a refund for flights cancelled by the airline for over a year from this company. They do not respond to emails or call you back. Very poor service.

        I read the reviews and, based on these, I booked two business class tickets to see my son and his family in New Zealand. I'm in a wheelchair because I'm tetraplegic. I was so grateful to have Sam sorting it out for me. He was so patient with me and nothing was too much trouble for him. He even booked assistance for us at Heathrow. Would I book with White Magic Travel again? In a heartbeat. Thank you Sam .
