Travel Town

Was really enjoying this game and played it for a long time. Then I had a problem with the events resetting. First two events it happened they fobbed my off with freebies but no solution. Third time they accused me of "manually altering the game" something to do with a time clock? Needless to say I didn't and now regrettably I'll have to find something else to play. I'd avoid it because it has a lot of technical glitches. I'm a beta tester but they don't want to hear about the issues they just want to blame the user.

Provided a wonderful service right from booking tickets to guiding the ever changing travel requirements. Ticket prices offered were also reasonable as compared with the other enquiries I made. I will definitely recommend it to all.

I am incredibly disappointed by this company and infact has put me off booking a ticket through a travel agent ever again! It has been 5 months coming upto 6 months now and travel town have still not processed my refund, booking with them when they need your money they are ontop and provide a good service but due to the airline changing flights times and day i could no longer travel so requested a refund and have been calling text that i have lost count and they just say will get back to me or refund is still being processed. I have now contacted virgin airline directly hoping i get a response from them. Not a company to use as if things go wrong your on your own!
