I would have rated negative if there is option. Since Farnham Road surgery took over, every day this surgery is down the hill. It used to be great specially with appointments booking but now to get to some one to speak over the phone is impossible. Took me 52 min to speak to someone and answer to query was I can not do it . They can not book appointments in advance and when you call on the day they say do E consultation and when you try to do it , it gives you firt available for a week later. What a shame a good surgery being ruined .

Staff and Dr are very caring but I feel surgery is understaffed and site is too small to cover the population of the area.

Never get through and when you do all you get is theres no appointments Im currently trying to get through now been calling for 15 minutes still no answer complete joke e consults is not working until Monday well I need to speek to someone today Friday
