        Caretakers arrived stinking of cigarettes even though my nan said the smell made her sick. Always arrived late but left on time, speed running through her needs and contracted hours. Complaints are met with hostile office workers who invalidate anything we have to say and forget everything said last call. Wed understand if it was once but every time?
