I was driver with them they book the job and sell it to other drivers they dont have their own vans , its better to look for drivers instead of middle man.

I was working with them Theif company , double charging on commission, double charge the customer too Charging customers for a bill which the driver never provided, customer showed me invoice for ulez that they sent to company Sending fake invoices the customer can provide the fake ulez invoice too

Although the gentleman I dealt with was delightful and honourable and refunded me everything, the real problem was NO UPDATES / POOR COMMUNICATION: The van was supposed to arrive between 9am and 11am. 11am came and went.....No message, no update, I tried calling 3 different telephone numbers. No-one answered any of the numbers. Not the best way to run a business. I had put in the wrong measurements of items (as I was not on site to measure them) but, nonetheless, the booking was accepted then......no feedback, no update, no van. Eventually the manager said no-one could arrive because of the measurement DESPITE the fact that I had amended it with him. No updates AT ALL while I was waiting was the real problem. If there had been updates then I could have looked for an alternative. I wasted hours waiting. 3 stars is too much. 2.5 stars as the JJD 'Jeff' was apologetic and lovely.

Wouldnt recommend.Getting deposit from customers, then ask the customer for ulez and congestion charges on the day before delivery as they know they should pay otherwise its hard for customers to find another van they make the customer to pay another extra 27 for congestion and ulez . An amount that they never pay to driver but jjd says driver has the right to cancel the job
