Good Place for walking. Lascelles Park has four free public tennis courts which are available for free with no booking required. Few parking is available for free. There is a Nursery school inside the park offers an ideal education and play environment for children aged 2-4 years.

Its a nice park thus far. The Labour Council has not managed it as expected over the number of years that they have been elected. Slowly, it is beginning to deteriorate due to negligence of the council. Dog-friendliness: Dog owners (some) are inconsiderate and do not clean up the dog mess.

Another great place to walk dogs and exercise. There are tennis and basketball courts (outdoors) which are a lot of fun for those that play. There appears to be a carpark within the park, but I am not aware of any pricing/opening closing times etc.
